Located in the scenic area of Boughton Aluph, The Iron Room is a modern spacious and light hall perfect for all types of events, from weddings and private parties to corporate meetings and conferences.
The hall was rebuilt in 2004, but retains its name “The Iron Room” because it was formerly made of green corrugated iron. It was given by the Eastwell Estate as a reading room and was one of the first buildings in the local area to have gas and electricity.
Today the Iron Room is a sustainable venue with hot water and heating provided by Solar panels and air source heat pump.
The Iron Room is managed by volunteer Trustees of the Boughton Aluph Iron Room registered charity and has achieved the Hallmark Level 1 quality standard for Village Halls. Registered Charity No. 302690
